I'm really loving this gator farm. It makes me want to brew with Denali hops.
Pretty sure Denali is also Idaho 7, or GoldenEye 007 or whatever else they've branded that one as! ...

Interesting... I never made that connection. I've already brewed an IPA with Denali (Idaho 7) hop hash in that case, last year. It was a great IPA, but had a hint of grassiness to it. I think 3 ounces of Idaho 7 hop hash as a dry hop was a bit excessive for a 5 gallon batch.
Time for that palate cleansing sour. This HB berry sour is spot on. I have given quite a few bottles of this away to beer enthusiasts, and everyone F'ing loves it. The brett, lacto, and berries are in near perfect harmony.
