What are your thoughts of brewing 1 gallon batches TGCM? Makes a lot of sense especially for me who is not that experience. Hate to brew 5 gallons of crapola. Seems like an affordable way to experiment more..
I'd say go for it! 5 gallon batches are tough to drink through for me, even when it comes out well. 50 beers to drink to my head per batch is a lot I usually trade, give out a good half of my HB.
Cool think I'll wake up my brewing thread with a smash ipa
Maybe do a Yellow rose clone. Pilsner malts and Mosaic hops is all it requires
