That pie looks off the hook. Pizza Moto appeared in all the NYC pizza searches Chelsea and I did when we were there last year.

The guy slingin pies outside OH was actually the owner of Pizza Moto, Dave. I love small biz like that, the owner is still hustling and cooking pies with passion. He built a bunch of different ovens they use at street fairs etc. which is how they started.

This is one of the most drinkable ipas I've ever had. I had it on tap about a year ago and it's way better than I remember. Ribs are resting in the cooler.

I will never bother you about not having a kitchen again. Having that in dress sock, garden sandal/slipper shuffling distance trumps any lack of a kitchen. Not sure which is a sexier the pie or the oat cream IPA
