those sticky rib tips look killer!  :drooling:  :drooling:  :drooling:
They looked a LOT better than they tasted, man. There was too much brown sugar in the rub (and possibly the sauce) and they tasted burnt. The "bark" wasn't even bark. It literally tasted like dry, burnt toast. I only ate a few of them, and brought the rest home for my two sons to try. I don't know if they were trying to kiss my ass or what, but neither one of them wanted the rib tips either. They both tried them and said, "No thanks. Your ribs are way better, Daddy!" Lil' dudes brought a tear to my eye

Pulled pork sandwich was off the hook though!

Bad Sons makes some really great brews.
Yeah, they do! I've really gotta make it down to that brewery someday. I met the owner / head brewer about 2 weeks ago, at the CT Craft Brew Fest (or whatever it was called) about 2 weeks ago. Really, really cool people!

Their "Lupefied" beer is still my favorite ;)

too bad they didn`t taste as good as they looked. "burnt ends" is my favorite part but if its not seasoned right it just doesn`t taste good. Lupefied is one i really like also.

My local craft beer store - hot sauce sans "no money" treated me to some sours.... not a big sour fan, but do count this amongst the best I've tried...

Almanac makes some fantastic sours man. Any of their fruited bottles are a safe bet. They are even doing some cans now as well, not sure if you see their Sour Nova series out there, but I would highly recommend them as an entry level sour or for someone who doesn't typically like the style. The vanilla make them very drinkable....

Thanks man, I will take your word and give a few of them a whirl. I guess the whole sour deal is just a bit strange to my palate. But, I see how the good ones can grow on you...

True candor. I've been shot at and missed. Sh*t at and hit.

That being said, tonight I enjoy a brew sent to me by one of the coolest dudes, blokes I've ever known. A decent beer no doubt, but the underpinnings make it amongst the best I've ever had.... from many thousands of miles away.

Salute Shorerider!

On the spot you put me so, named me such as if were though, rhyme comes forth even-flow.

Not so fast on this night, beer cloud holds thinking might, constrained by hops quite so tight.

Still to challenge the voice does beckon, answer forth website reckon.

Beer from afar does attend. Making means to an end, perfect prose to a friend.

Call me out on such a post, reflect now on the host.

Lost my home, my girl, (a country song,)  sh*t and hit do sing along…

A real song, do step to it. Nah not really, oh well -  “screw it.”

Refrain.

Chorus

A work in progress.....
