No cooking this weekend ... we built a new bed and cleaned out a closet today, and the rest of the next couple of days are for doing all of the pre-brewing chores to brew a batch each day this week - starting Tuesday
House is clean, and we're both tired of cleaning it, so ... take-out!
Nice, I haven't had to cook since Wednesday, since my in laws are in town. My mother in law has been whipping up a premium Vietnamese meal every night.

I'm planning to do a test-run of indoor frying under temp control, to see if it smells up the joint AS BAD as when I was doing it under manual control ...
