I dig cheese with eggs but blue cheese with it seems a little funky.
Or maybe it just seems early in the day to be gettin' funky.

Blue cheese goes surprisingly well in an omelet. If you like blue cheese then give it a try sometime. I was pleasantly suprised.
And don't you doubt me! It's got a red hab chopped up in it as well

They just seem too naked otherwise. Must stem from my tomato puree vinaigrette reduction days in childhood.

Made this a few weeks ago but forgot to upload. Nothing fancy, just some homemade chili w/ some eggs over easy. It was a great start to the day.
