I got my 'thang on again lass' night.
 
Smashed technique w/onions, toasted buns, chunky blue cheese dressing on the bottom, pepperjack on the meat,
 
and '57 on top.
 
Love it long time.
 

 
Me like to be liking teh precious.

Still a little pink inside.
 

 
Hippy's even attempting to eat this burger will only find a a baby's fist pop out from under the cheese that punches them

Awesome burgers TB I can't believe that the carrots made it to the plate.  I thought you shoved them in the old piehole on the way home from the store!
 
Booma that burger is my favorite.  Pretty much the same thing I just made the other day.

Yessir that is a rarity.
 
I pick those little orange flavor gems out right away.
 
Pieholed immediately.
 
I gotta' admit also that i love pickled jalapenos and they are a perfect match for these sliders.
 
Take a bite of the burger and thats a shot.
 
Then shove a whole pickled 'peno in yo' mouf' and bite it off shy of the stem.
 
That's the chaser.
 
Repeat as necessary.
 
Frydad's Pretzel Burgers. Please Make This!!
 
Now I know 2 things for sure, with regards to ground beef sandwiches. 
1 - The Smash Burger method is the best way, from a flavor standpoint...and it's the fastest!!
2 - There is no need to ever use any bun other than these pretzel buns!!!
I have made this pretzel knot recipe 4 times now, and every time I am blown away. 
It is from a blog I found where this lady makes a different bread every day for a year, and chronicles the whole journey. 
(It's really quite cool, you can check it out on the link). 
They are absolutely PERFECT as pretzel knots...I did the burger bun hack on my own! Please make a batch...and triple the recipe.

Pretzel Knots
 
I made smash burgers on the CI skillet with onions, S&P. 
The bottom bun got "Original HOT Mister Mustard" (awesome stuff)
Double Patty, with Sharp Cheddar melted in. 
Topped with Old Bay seasoned 'shrooms
Topped with a THICK tomato slice
The top bun got Dukes Mayo and some of RM's Smoked Habapeno Powder
 
This is going on my menu in my hypothetical restaurant!!!

I don't normally get down with pretzel buns but that 'ern looks squishy just like I like to be liking it.
