On another note....
 
GM likes to be liking the Kings' Hi Wi Inn buns but they are waaaay to sweet and soft 
 
for my purposes.
 
Way too soft and sweet.
 
They don't hold up proper to the ooze factor on a slider.
 
Not bad with pulled pork though.
 
GM and I'll disagree to disagree as I'll take a Martin's or Pepperidge Farm buns every time.
 
I like 'em all, all three ...
 
But I really do prefer the Hawaiian one's for ferrying spinach & artichoke dip (my lunch, earlier), and w/ the Searzall'd mayo - and their sweetness - they were spot on for those jerk chicken sliders ... which were HOT.
 
Plain ole fucking hot ... I was drooling into the sink after eating one whole wing ... had to put them puppies on bread w/ some cool-down cotija ...
 
No clue why, but the bottom of JHP's sauce was FUCKING THREE-ALARM ...
 
The jerk gave those hipster sliders some dirt rocker cred ...
 
If I'd have dropped those around 4PM people'd been snappin' ...
