Yeah there will be, mates have had burgers all over the place and they are saying those cherry smoked burgers are the best they have ever had, could just be nice mates hahah but they still say it everytime we go to a new burger joint

I picked up a whole bunch of wood chips and chunks this morning.  I think I will be doing a bit of smoking this Summer as well.  I love a burger smoked over charcoal and wood.  I bought apple, cherry, pecan, and mesquite.

With all this shift work I am doing lately, I don't know if it is night or morning.  All I know is I am awake and I am hungry.  Grilled burgers at 4am are the shizzle!  This one is seasoned with Chipotle rub and JHP's Jonah seasoning salt.  Topped with cheapazz Kraft single plastic cheese, bacon, and Pex' red Bee bomb sauce.  No foo foo and no lettuce, just so juicy and delicious.  It really wasn't as rare as that last picture makes it look, just pink.
