I like to know what it is so I can virtually taste it. I use peppers for flavor as well as heat. : shrug : just asking.

I agree that thing looks purty.  But I'll take my lobster on the side, chopped with a touch of cuke and green onion, mixed with a touch of homemade aioli and a little salt on a brioche bun thankyouverymuch.  ;)

I'm keen on lobster but I reckon the butterynessess of teh lobstah' will be buried by the meat and the guac.
