food Burgers? Hell Yeah!!

Eggs and beef. Magical combination! If you ever have leftover burger patties, try Eggs Benedict with one, and jalapeño Hollandaise. It will rock your world.

Another thing that's pretty damm good is Chili Burgers with eggs on top.
Layerd like a proper Chili Burger, Bun>Patty>American Cheese>Chili >Chopped Onion>Fried Egg.

Eggs are great on burgers but I actually said an egg type bun, you know like brioche, but then TB had a hissy about an egg. Spicy-marinated salmon burger with herbed cream cheese on toasted egg bun = sounds good to me. Red onion slice, some greens.

But Earls Gas, Grocery & Liquor frozen flat topped burger.
 
Killed them all.

I want to like fast food burgers still  :mope:  i really do
but the only time I have not been disappointed in any to go burger in years...
  Was after drinking all night at multiple bars and can barely remember what we ordered, or even what was ordered at which place  :lol:  
i've had amazing fresh local Beef burgers at total dive bars and been surprisingly impressed  :metal:
If they only advertised their burgers,  even on the road sign...
They would get far more business i'm sure. 
 
 
 
 
 
Right now it's; Horseradish Vodka :beer: , and leftover Gyros  + :hotsauce: hotsauce, tomato and extra cucumber, all out of Onion :neutral: , reconstructed cold     :woohoo: nom nom nom

We have an old time burger joint that makes enough money with better than banker hours. Open from 6-2. The burgers are epic with that burnt smash burger taste that brings you back to your childhood.
