Well, I intended for this to be in the SOTM since it is wild game, specifically elk, but THE TB aka the Big Taco has spoketh, so it shall be here.

Elk killed last year by my dad in CO, hand formed, grilled, topped with sauteed mushrooms, swiss cheese, and RedtailForester's kickazz mustard.
