MGOLD - EPIC. That is a beautifully plated and prepared dish man. Oh, and let the baby wait. After he/she comes, your life will be filled with sleepless nights, spit up, dirty diapers, screaming/crying, and dread. Enjoy Your freedom while you can man!

MG, that meal looks amazing! Ela, holy crap, that is an awesome loaf of bread!

I'm about to get started, so I can try and be mostly finished by the time the Syracuse game comes on at noon. The bacon is about to meet dark brown sugar and superhot powder.

Well since it's "Superbowl" weekend I thought I make some "Pub Grub"..........................something that I would enjoy during the game!

Those who have expertise in the bread field field will appreciate this one. Here's some "Italian Starter" that I acquired 6 yrs ago from a downtown bakery.
It's one of a few that I keep in a fridge, I occasionally take this out and re-activate it, this one is usually used for my "Ciabatta Breads or my Rustic Semolia's"...This one is wild and out of control!..........Just where I want it.
Tomorrow it will be used in...................................well you'll just have to check back to see!

Time to ge tthe "Dough on the Roll".....throw in all the dough "stuff" except the starter. Knead for 5 min.....autolyze for 15 min...

IMG_2808.jpg

Ah,......the sun's bleeding through the skylites........ok, add the starter and kead for 10 min. Place dough in a oiled container in a fridge overnight for a slow rise...

Meanwhile, cut the jalapenos in rings, add those with the spiced pickles to the flour mix, in batches run the veg through the buttermilk wash and into the seasoned cornmeal.
Place bowl in the fridge overnight, this allows the coating to adhire to the veg. This procedure works well with shrimp, oysters, clams,....etc.

Well off to the grow rooms, I have a couple of plants to water.

BEFORE I was naked, peeing in the sink, falling into furniture, and almost drowning. All while saying "this is the best feeling EVER". So says my wife...

Nice teasers so far - has my curiosity up, and patience down!

Only I'm seeing lots of teasers without PoL - everyone make sure they're in your final pics if you're not going to post it with more teaser/prep pics!

welp im not gonna go to the grocery store to make my TD

I think I can do it with what I actually have here in the house, which if I can its gonna be epic as it wont cost me anything extra

120-150 proof Absinthe will sneak right up on you! I remember the first (and only) time my brother drank some. He had 4 or 5 shots and was hyperventilating on a chair squeezing empty Keystone cans like they were stress balls; meanwhile his buddy was dry heaving in a closet. I don't think either of them have drank any Absinthe since.
