I just hit it with an immersion blender a few minutes ago. Need to let it reduce when I get back from work this afternoon and run it through a food mill. Think it's gonna turn out pretty tasty though from giving it a taste this morning :surprised:

Full scale production you have going on there. Got a stamp so you don't need to sign your name anymore... so how's that sauce taste.

I think it turned out pretty dang good. Will be using it for our end of season work BBQ this coming Wednesday for 50+ people...so I hope everyone thinks it's good. I'll know for sure then. Lol.

I'm with you, my plants officially froze last night. Now the countdown clock starts for the 2020 season. Good luck with all those you have left. I know you already have gallons of sauce made I'll keep an eye out to see what's next

I'm looking forward to next year already! I think I learned quite a bit this year (of what NOT to do lol) I've been plowing through seeds and trying to get organized so I can start doing some swapping with everyone

Add me to the list with you guys. My 2 big plots just died off as well. All I have left are the plants at home that can come in at night.

But already psyched for next season!

Seems like you had a great season CTB. So many cool varieties and solid production.
