Hi everyone,we are from Perth in Western Australia, and are currently in the process of opening our chilli company. We are to be producing different products, such as; jams, sauces, salsas, oils, rubs and desserts. Would like to know everyones opinion as to what they think about these. Please note that in these catagories there will be a large variation of chillies and flavours. One suggestion we have had is to also merchandise ie. t-shirts and hats etc. with lil slogans. Any thoughts appreciated.
