Yes I do! I love milanesa a la napolitana. Usually I made with taco sauce and spicy. Maybe will eat milanesa a la napolitana tomorrow. You wait for pics ;)

I posted milanesas a la napolitana a time ago...

We always do a large amount of milanesas around 3 or 4kg. We prepare it once and be freeze. So our dinner going in 30 minutes when on the freezer there are milanesas.

Awesome, I would love to have an authentic recipe! I used to eat it a lot in Argentina. I make it somewhat often at home. It comes out good, but doesn't taste exactly like it does in Argentina. I usually use normal marinara sauce, sliced ham or bacon, and mozzarrella.

Right... You can see as I made it. So you have the same flavor when you make it.

You can exclude herb fresh like I used (if you want or replace for other). The original recipe include: eggs, pesrley, garlic. spices and salt, nothing more

I think that If you had ate milanesas in restaurants isn't like homemade... Because isn't same flavor. They use a different process to make because as homemade is expensive to sell in restaurants.
