craft beer

Pretty good.  I would buy it again.  Keep in mind I am not very picky…as long as it doesn't taste bad to me.   I want to go back and pick up some more to sample.  Definitely going to try one of those Rogue chocolate stouts this time.

So. Good.

So, so, very, very ... GOOD!

I used to live off that stuff when I first met my wife....

It's one of three choices at Publix - the Sammie, Negro M., or Blue Moon ... that's *ABOUT* it at the regular grocery, I'm afraid ... oh, there's Guinness, but it's never fresh and the don't ever have the nitro versions ...

I put a Saison Dupont on the top shelf to get happy, for later ...

I have to work my ass off again tonight, so I can mix up a a soil mixture and re-pot everything to 1 gal tomorrow afternoon ...

I'd rather brew beer, but I'm like a month to a month-and-a-half late on re-poting at this point, LOL ...

I'll brew beer this weekend, maybe a couple of times to make up for it ...

Pork roasts come end of this week, so I'll probably be doing a cook on one of those and enjoying everyone's dim sum, while I brew beer and run a low and slow, reverse-sear jobby on that pork ...

Trying a new one for me.

I don't think I posted the meal I ate w/ the Bourbon County Sophie, but it was absolutely every bit as awesome as Saison Dupont, and I think I picked it up at $8.99 ...

I'll have to stop by there tomorrow on my way home from the grocery store to get a little bit more depth on that one ... and I need some more Ten Fidy, too, as I've put my last quad-pack into the fridge now =)

Not terrible, but I wasn't a huge fan.

I do LOVE that Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro that whoever posted a bit ago.

Nothing special, but figured I would give it a try.  Pretty sure I will be heading to that Victory brew pub for dinner next friday, what should be on my short list?  The list can get longer if I convince the wife to drive.

I have a moral dilemma ... I just found out that they've just tapped BC's BCS downtown at the new WOB that's just opened a downtown location ...

I've wanted to have BCS for like 4 years now ...

Drop work and run, and have to work overnight ... or continue to live without having had the somewhat legendary Bourbon County offering ...

Ugh.

Ugh.
Drop work and go, work will always be there

I'm thinking the same ... and trying to figure out what the minimal amount I can do right now, is ...
You know you can work all night if needed and I bet that BC won't last long. I had some at a place near me and it was good for about a night before they were out.

Drink first...work later.

Can you please elaborate  what your abbreviations are?  What beer are you talking about.
