Old Peculier is an English classic. First time I had come across the Adnams. Both have a rich, fruitcake, pudding flavour, and both are approx 6.3 abv. I think you would like them both, but the Adnams believe it or not being the underdog was the better beer.grantmichaels said:I am not familiar w/ those
Lol, I know. I otherwise wouldn't touch goose unless it was at one of their brew pubs. I remember when 312 was a completely different beast before it was bastardized. I've never had this one so great to hear you're giving it high marksgrantmichaels said:haha ... my 2nd fav beer on the planet, but unfortunately probably less crafty post inBev buyout a few years ago ...
i've been stockpiling it for a week!
all goes to show how loaded a word "craft" has become, though, i guess ...
Yeah....I have passed on that one quite a few times.grantmichaels said:
Just ... No!
It's not for me, anyways ...

Good to know, I hate sediment in wine and have to fight the fruit flies so I do not have floaties in my beer!grantmichaels said:
So, like ... supposedly it's kool and the gang but I'm not accepting of it TBH ...
If you look up 'floaties' you'll find lots of examples of it, but I'm going to have to say that some things are not okay, even if they are okay technically ...
The beer is really tasty, though ... one of the best tasting chocolate flavors I've ever had in a beer ...

Life's too short to drink that, lol ...
Moving on ...
Very tasty! But if you look closely ...
I really dislike floaties ...
What's the deal w/ Florida breweries?
I wonder if they're all Brew Hub beers ...
