We're messing up D3monic's thread. Let's go crash Grants and make fun of him for not posting bbq again. That's always fun.
 
Yum.

I had marbled rye slices w/ some Duke's ... a few times I was lucky to have sliced roma ...

It wasn't the least bit exciting, but it set up future cooks between now and Monday - woot!
 
Rye would have been good. 
 
I have nothing defrosted for tomorrow and will probably be my only chance to cook for a while. 
 
I do have some brats in the fridge. Maybe brats and tater tots tomorrow.

placed 2lb flank steak in freezer for 40 mins while I cut up the veggies, onions, bella mushies, roasted pablano, fresno

Brushed the steak with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mesquite and copious amounts of black pepper.

A little pepperoni for some more bite and some pepper flakes
