D3monic's 2015 Glog. Lots of Pods.

I had a great 2014 growing year and can't wait to get started on 2015. Had some issues with overwinters and aphids but I ditched them and nuked the basement. Here is last years Glog link
 
I just went through and cataloged my current seed list. Built up a bit of a collection over the course of the winter.

 Also doing a few Pineapple ground cherry tomato plants. Taste just like tiny pineapples and will be great for a salsa verde with ajis and maybe the bonda ma jacques

Really like that little pond set up you have. Will the frogs stay all season? Or do they scatter as they get bigger.

Ive only had to use it 2-3 times so far because all the rain we have got. Beds drain and dry fairly quick though.

Pepper of the day is Fidalga Roxa, this is a stunning pepper from the C. Chinense family with a medium heat. It has beautiful dark foliage and deep purple peppers that ripen to a lighter shade of purple/peach. I've used this plant as a mother for several crosses including Roxa X Limon, Roxa X Bolsa de Dulce and Roxa X White Fatalii. The butt plug shaped one on right was pollinated with Aji Limon. 
 

 
 
Garden just starting to look good again in time for some severe storms tonight, it stormed a little this morning but we are supposed to get hail and 50mph winds... ugh
 

 
Outside plants are dwarfs compaired to their sisters in thy hydro.

I still see some webbing but not sure if any of it is new. Plants seem to be doing better though. I'll probably give them another treatment soon
 
Pulled a ton of weeds today from flower gardens and veggy garden. The thistle was covered in clover mites and aphids. I went ahead and hit the gardens with some azamax again and have some nutes brewing in a 5gal bucket for when I get home later to fertilize. 
 
Some budha bloom, trinity, extreme serene, big swell, trace elements, calmag, hpk and HP2 all by Roots organics

Nice pod porn.   I know everyone has different regiments…but I am going to guess I am under fertilizing looking at that brew.  I just gave them fish ferts and calmag.   I am going to check some of those out.

I'm just using up some old canna nutes I had laying around. My peppers are looking a little lacking since going outside so figured they could use a good hit. 
 
Past couple nights a pair of toads have been camped out at my pond trilling their hearts out trying to compete for a lovely lady friend.

I am being overrun by toads this year.  They are everywhere.  Probably all the rain.  Its the one of the few critters I got no beef with yet.
 
frogs and toads make me squee like a little girl. I have always loved them since I was little. My favorite critter I didn't have any visit my pond last year other than the tadpoles I bought so it makes me happy that some have ventured over. Being in a subdivision development tends to wipe them out but my neighborhood is always alive at night with their calls (usually near the undeveloped lots)

I had a robin that was long overstaying its welcome right next to the garden, was sitting on her second round of eggs, she got an eviction and tossed 3 eggs. The last babies just left the damn thing. No more annoying squawking at me.
