The best thing about a big dinner....leftovers!
Added some more cheese to the cornbread and crisped it up in the oven. Roasted some red potatoes and made a southwest scramble. I WOULD have had runny eggs, but the wife wanted scrambled and i was too hungover to fight it, and too lazy to do two. Never had cornbread for breakfast before. Definitely won't be the last time.

Thank You MG!!!!! That looks so awesomely tasty!!!!! I think cornbread might become my new fav breakfast food! With the jalapenos and cheddar, of course! Those taters are making my mouth water! Pretty sure that plate'll cure a hangover!

Now, ME, on the other hand...I have a glass of Ruby Red grapefruit juice.....just begging for a jigger o' wodka!!!!!!!!!

Just start over SL....
1 oz Tequila
2 oz tom juice
1 dash lemon juice
1 dash Tabasco sauce (if you own any)
1 dash celery salt
1 dash worchesstishirere sauce (I have some you can have if you dont have any)
Shake all ingredients with cracked ice or broken icicles.
Strain into bucket glass, or Mason Jar wine glass over ice.
Add pickled bean, lemon wedge, or celery, or all 3.
BLOODY MARIA'S all around!
Increase ingredients to make by the pitcher...

1 dash lemon juice hmmm, do have some of that but tidin't use any.....
1 dash Tabasco sauce (if you own any) -nope.....but I think there's some Franks Red Hot or Crystal in a box in the basement fromwhen we moved 13 years ago...will that work?
