This beer is like Backwoods Bastards metrosexual lover ...

I really wish I had been able to brew more than two gallons, but especially wish I didn't lose all that ended up on the bottom of my keezer from the spigot valve failure thereafter =(

There's ssoooooooo little in the keg! =/

The bag on the right opened in transit and was all throughout box, and after gathering, doesn't look like the other ...

Looks like the flaker wasnt right?

Looked moldy to me ... might just be rye, but ...

And lots of dust ...

I emailed them to send 2# of same product, that I didn't feel confident in risking the cost in time, ingredients, or space over a couple of dollars of iffy flaked grains ...

Still waiting for a light-colored Crystal Malt (60), and the replacement flaked rye, and then everything will be here to brew Wheebz beer this week ...

you got the wrong ones

calcium sulfate and calcium chloride

calcium carbonate is for raising mash pH and alkalinity, which with your water is something you are never going to do

Ashamed of how long it's taken just to get the mill tightened down to the board w/ good tolerances and free spinning rollers ...

Got to do it twice, too, for not realizing you turn the mill 180 degrees depending on whether or not you plan to use a handcrank vs electric screwdriver =/
