Been raining since midnight, 12c, fall def in the air, looks like average temp this week is around 22c, realy dark at 7am, strange to have to turn on the lights at that time.

Good morning, everyone. Another hot, dry day so I chose to work in the community garden early this AM. I still have lots of produce to fling into the compost pile from the hail damage. But . . . I do see a bit of growth/flowers on the beans and cukes. With a short season ahead, I am not too hopeful for their harvest.

Good afternoon, everyone. Bought a box of soft peaches so I've been turning them into jam as quickly as possible. Two down, and at least one to go. Lots of work that will be enjoyed much later.
