off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning everyone. Happiest anniversary, Sic. Its nice to hear of the good celebrations. Its also great to see OCD Chilehead here this AM. I hope you have taken some time off for you and family.

Yesterday was another busy day in the kitchen with peach jam and other pickles. Today I have to bring a friend to the Dr. and get plants ready for tomorrows swap. Its always a fun get together 2x a year.

Good morning everyone. The plant swap went quite well yesterday, I came home with less than half of what I brought . Some of the flowers have no name, so we shall see what I plant come bloom time, if they survive the winter. A friend brought me 6 new iris and I have no room for them. Better get a plan for them.

I have a belated happy birthday to GIP on September 9. Sorry to have missed that. Better check the calendar more frequently. Let us know how life is treating you.

Good morning everyone. Busy time slowly taking down the gardens and finding treasures that hide under the leaves, such as a small garter snake that loves to hide in the zucchini plant. Im hoping to take down a few more tomato plants today and plant the Swap flowers at the community garden.

Beautiful mid-to-low 60s up in N. FL, but still warms up into the mid 90s.  Looks to be the same with little if no rain for the next week, but the tropics are unpredictable after next week.  Karen is worth watching.  Be safe All. Lots of wildlife out today, critters on the move.

Good morning everyone. Weatherlady predicted todays last hurrah for summer, and then the low temps begin near Tuesday. The summer has been different than what we get used to, but the predicted frost/freeze dates are close to normal. Sad to see the season end, but looking forward to a few trips elsewhere.

Hope your day fares well. Drive safely and watch out for the kiddos.
 
Tonight will be 3 evenings with no air, its 80 in the house at the moment. Will be 90 when I get home. Getting another estimate this afternoon then we'll set a installation date. Glad this didn't happen a month or two ago. Off to mow have a wonderful day be good bless up and good morning.
 
Good morning.  Back home in KC but I got in very late.  The WX forecast has severe storms in it for this evening and tomorrow evening.  Going to try get out of the office by noon and get my mowing done before the storms roll in.  I still have thousands of peppers out in the garden.  My wife did a pretty good job of harvesting while I was in DC but they're not stopping yet.  Sic ..... the joys of AC units ...... I know it well ..... good luck.  Be safe and be good.
