If you're talking about Rampage or Hard line then that's WAY above my pay grade. Those dudes have zero brains and balls the size of watermelons, lol. No thanks.

Ha ha!! Having fun in their youth, and suffering in their old age.  Zero brains is correct.

Good late morning everyone. The weekend is soon upon us and I'm hoping to put the gardens to be before the proposed hard freeze in 5 or so days. Such is the gardening experiment.

Have a great day and stay safe.

Good morning everyone. Thanks for thinking of us Sic, the mountains had lots of green and gold, and lots of traffic. We dodged most of it by leaving near noontime. We had a great time with family and were able to share a boatload of harvest with them to share with their neighbors. They are hoping to build some sort of raised bed area for a garden, since there are only rocks and trees on their property.

Hope your Sunday goes well. Stay safe and share the joy.

good morning all :)

up early today, couldn't sleep, shoulder and neck are hurting this morning, need to give it some rest
gonna take it easy, just phones and scheduling for me today.

Good morning everyone. We have two more days before the hard freeze, 2 weeks before the 'normal' freeze date. Gotta scurry to get prepared. I'm hoping to overwinter a few hail-hit peppers. I'm making chicken vegetable soup today to share and clean out the freezer of last year's veggies.

Have a wonderful day. Share the day with some friends, and S.M.I.L.E. - thanks to GIP.

Good morning.  Another fine morning in the land of the Red Rocks.  Watched the hot air balloons floating against the Red Rock back drop early this morning. Chatting with my bride about which of our pepper plants we might try to overwinter.  I think we've settled on the Chiltepins.  I expect I'll have several thousand hot to super hot pods to harvest when we get back to Kansas.  It will be a race to get everything harvested before the freeze comes.
We're going to head to the pool for some sun and some light reading once it warms up a little bit.  The wife is reading a cookbook called the Red or Green Chile Bible.  She picked that up while we were in Hatch on Friday.  Should be in the mid 80s today.  Be safe and be good.

Good morning everyone. Well, Mother Nature gave the community garden a surprise on Sunday night, bringing the temperature down below 30*. Unfortunately the green beans and the peppers didnt fare too well, so yesterday I picked the limp beans, cut the plants for compost, and will pick some green peppers this AM. The area for garlic was tilled and will be planted next week, after this predicted hard freeze with temps in the teens. The joys of gardening.

Hope you all are faring well with few surprises. Chicken vegetable soup is warming on the stove, ready to freeze for later. Have a wonderful day and S.M.I.L.E. - thanks to GIP.
