Good morning. It's 69 on its way to 80 with more rain in the forecast. Busy meeting schedule today. I'm off work tomorrow and will probably go fishing in the morning (WX permitting). The grass had gone dormant but with all the rain the past few days, it looks like a jungle now. Not looking forward to mowing.
We've got enough red and yellow Biquinhos, Peachadews and Cowhorns to do some pickling this weekend. We've also got enough Targu Mures and Thunder Mountain Longhorns to load up the dehydrator. The canning, pickling, drying, roasting, freezing and saucing season has begun! We're totally slammed with Annuum pods, Chinense pods and tomatoes. I'm having a tough time keeping up. All the potatoes have been harvested now and we need to move them to the basement.
Lots of chores this weekend. Be safe and be good.
