off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. 24-47F with no moisture predicted. Coffee group, then inside activities. We’re hoping to move donated leaves at the CG from my area to the leaf bin, maybe this weekend. It’s only 100’ away, but in this cold it’s a chore and an eyesore.

At least it's supposed to be sunny. Ended up running a few errands yesterday. Still no word on the HVAC parts. Guess I'll rattle their cage again today. Also need to do some paperwork this morning, then hopefully futz away the afternoon, ha. Hope everybody has a terrific Thursday. Be safe out there and try to stay warm. Oh, and eat birthday cake, if ya got it, lol! 🎈🎈
 
Good morning and Happy Birthday to Jane! It's 22F on its way to 41F. Cold and blustery. Household chores, a bit of office cleanup and some healthcare paperwork this morning. Pizza sounds good. Maybe I can convince the boss to do pizza up in the city for lunch. Might run some errands after that since we'll be up there. Nothing much else is planned for today. Be safe and be good. Good morning. 29-48F with a cold wind. Thank you for the birthday wishes 😊. Nice to be remembered. No breakfast as we have to give blood for the Dr. Then an early dinner at a wonderful restaurant downtown and on to the Avs hockey game. It will be a long day. 😁

Good morning. It's 25F, on its way to sun, clouds, and 42F. Finally made a jelly yesterday. Mango Aji Mango. Came out pretty good. I'll probably make another one or two, dunno. The sauerkraut is coming along nicely. It's been about 10 days, so into the fridge it goes. New Years will be here before you know it. Still no HVAC parts. I might have to call somebody else. This is getting ridiculous. Not sure what's on the agenda for today. Maybe spend some time and start planning next year's grow, or clean-up the grow room, perhaps. OR, maybe just futz, lol. Hope everybody has a freaky good Friday. Be safe out there and get those packages mailed!
 
Good morning. 27-47F. Yesterday just flew by with a great dinner and sad hockey game. Now back to reality with stuff to do at home. Coffee group, one errand, then home. DR, I hope you can find a place that has the HVAC parts needed. Not a good comparison, but I remember not being able to find canning jar lids in 2020-2021. Luckily I had enough for that season, but am better prepared now.

I remember the great canning shortage Jane. Finishing up a job this morning. I brought home a golf cart, mower 3 ladders and several guitars and the wife has all kinds of statues, old chairs and doors from the job. We have been up since 3 and watched a movie. Sonya is going to the Pasco county symphony with the lady that owned the house. Pasco county symphony :rofl: Going to play guitar and video games this evening with wine and a pizza. Good morning. It's 17F, on its way to 40F. Staying cloudy all day. Talked to owner of HVAC company yesterday. He said the problem is our unit is from 1986, and parts are scarce. They are trying to repair it (hundreds of $), instead of replacing it (thousands of $). I can appreciate that, lol. New date for parts arrival - next Tues/Wed, maybe. It's hard to realize 1986 is FORTY years ago. Jeez. No wonder they can't find parts, ha. Anyway, calling for some bad weather tomorrow, so there are errands to run today. Good morning. It's 40F on its way to 62F. Windy. Very nice day for December. Need to dig out the shorts and flip flops! I'm all partied out from yesterday :rolleyes:! Going to take it easy today. Watching a few matches this morning then NFL this afternoon. The boss says we're having a smorgasbord of goodies during the football game. She's making some sangria too. Nothing else is going on. Good morning. It's overcast and 29F, on its way to 35F. Calling for sleet and freezing rain this morning, changing to snow this evening. Maybe one inch accumulation. Just enough to make the roads slippery. Good day to stay home. Knocked out another jelly yesterday - Habanero Gold. Good stuff. Today is a chill day, maybe play with seeds while watching NFL. Good morning, all. I’m always late to the forum. I don’t grab my phone first thing in the morning. Make some eggs and work out is my routine. If my adhd don’t get in the way, I’ll jump on here. Most the time it interferes and is to late to post. 😂

Friend is feeling depressed and down. She works full time and takes care of her father that has had a stroke and mother that has brain cancer. I talked her into lunch and maybe a movie or just hanging out at my place. She’s needs a break from reality. So do I.

35 and clear in its way to 41 and low of 13 degrees tonight.
