off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. It's sunny and 22F, on its way to 47F. More melting is good! How 'bout them Chiefs indeed! Good game. The Commanders finally lost that mojo they've had the last seven games. Oh well, still an amazing turnaround from last year. Quinn is certainly in the running for Coach-of-the-Year. Jayden Daniels is a shoo-in for Rookie of the Year. Not bad for a team that was 4-13 last season. Anyway, have a few errands to run today, then home and do the miscellaneous dance. Hope everybody has a marvel Monday. Be safe out there and enjoy the warm-up.

Good morning. It's 27F on its way to 55F. We should have plenty of sunshine. Yay! More melting of the glacier and permafrost. Had some glacier calving yesterday .... hopefully more today. I got the garden plan finalized yesterday. I need to find the seeds and determine when I'm going to start them. In six weeks or so it will be time to plant potatoes. Casual futzing and reading today. Maybe some more ice chipping. Taco salads this evening. Be safe and be good.

Good morning. It's sunny and 36F, on its way to 47F. Calling for windy. I don't like windy and cold together. But, I guess it's still better than 0F. I think we have a dump run scheduled for today. Good morning. It's 30F on its way to 57F. Another beautiful sunny day. More melting. We're forecasted to get rain tomorrow and that should finish off the rest of the snow/ice pack and turn everything to mud. Running a few errands today. Futzing after that. Grilling pork chops this evening. Be safe and be good.
 
Good morning. 26-45F with lotsa wind early this AM. Snow is coming to the mtns. so I am assuming we may get the tail end of the storm. Coffee group then home to work on the basement while I’m hyped to get it done. Or at least try. Still working on what to actually grow at the CG, though it will most likely be the same as in years past.

Good morning. 31-43F, with the snow still lingering but the roads are mostly dry. I would definitely welcome rain and 50F temps, even with the mud. The basement clutter has a small dent in it, but is a long way from being acceptable. Lunch is planned for ‘up the hill’ so most of the day is shot. Lots of magazines to read while we’re there.

It’s been 50-51 the last 3-4 days. Suppose to get a little warmer the next week. Crazy. Snow I had been gone for some time now. I’ll take it. I keep praying global warming will kick in. Maybe my prayers have been answered. 😂 They do say Colorado will someday become a desert. Half the state is already high desert and the. You got the prairies from Denver east. So who knows. Have to replace cylinder head on my car. I need to lap the valves and get resurfaced. I’m not looking forward to that. My knee doesn’t like that. I’ll see if I can borrow an overhead creeper form friend. Then I can just lay over the engine bay and get cams and such set up.
Anyway.

Good morning. It's 41F on its way to 50F. Morning showers. Adios Hielo! Looking out the back window .... the sky almost looks black with ducks and geese. It's deafening outside. A couple of minor fix-it chores this morning and then futzing. The grand kiddos will be here this evening. Grilling burgers and weenies. Be safe and be good.
 
Good morning. It's raining and 45F, on its way to 51F. Calling for rain all day. No freezing tonight though, which is good. There was a mix-up on Buddy's Vet appointment yesterday, so we didn't get to take him in. We're gonna call this morning, and ask about just coming in and waiting for a Vet to have a spare minute to look at him. Not sure if they'll do that sort of thing. Other than that, nothing much planned. Hope everybody has a freaky good Friday. Be safe out there and enjoy your day.
 
Good morning. It's sunny and 41F, on its way to 45F. Rained all day yesterday. As a result, most of the snow is gone. Now we're entering mudville as well. We did a little research and diagnosed Buddy's problem ourselves. It looks like it might be a food allergy. It makes sense, since he started eating a new-to-him dry food a few weeks ago. We swapped that out, and will wait to see if he's better in a few days. Today I MIGHT be able to retrieve all my planting materials from the shed down by the garden, if the ground's not too wet. Other than that, not sure what's on the list, ha. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Be safe out there and dream of Spring.
