Haha. I keep mentioning the Searzall cuz you know you can't deny it!
 
I use it everyday ...
 
Melt cheese on crackers, toast buns, reverse-sear ...
 
And I've been lazy a couple of times and used the Iwatani, and it tastes like ass comparatively ...
 
The Searzall is the shit.
 
I picture lobster bisque with some big ass croutons, like 2" x 2", from a fresh Portuguese loaf, with sage butter drizzled all over it, Searzalled, and hit with parsley and red pepper flakes. Then float on the bisque, dunk with a spoon and eat.
 
Now get to it!
