Guru's Garden - Traveling the World in Search of Peppers

Just starting this glog now so it's one less thing to do in a few months when I'm knee deep in compost and getting things in the ground.

Not much to report at the moment. Strains yet to be determined, but I'll probably end up growing too many like always...lol

Only thing that's going on right now is a clean back patio and the chickens doing their part turning over my compost pile on the daily. Intersted in seeing how the soil microbes appreciate the added chicken poop!

Hope everyone has had a decent winter so far and here's to happy germination!

EDIT UPDATE: This glog has turned into an ongoing overwintering, greenhouse and soil building how-to!

Peppers + aged Vinegar........

:D..........I can just hear the sound of the winding mechanism when cranking up the Voigtlander and the snap of the metal shutter leaves.

Although those lenses would be considered slow in speed nowadays......the Germans made the sharpest lenses....I'd actually need to use softar filters to take the edge of my Zeiss lenses (Hasselblad)

Another awesome care package arrived today with some bad ass genetics! Prodigal Son, you da man! If anyone hasn't already checked out his glogs, do so! He is a great grower, a connoisseur, and fine photographer!

Here is the package now as it has arrived in my possession!

Needless to say, tonight is a big eating and seed saving night! Mrs. Guru and I will gladly put a dent in this inventory as they pair with some Philly cheese steaks :)

Glad the box showed up safe and sound. The mustard bhut surprised me with the heat! I have never had a green pod that hot and flavorful.
