A little chilly out.  I still want to dig in the dirt, but now I can wait lol

Can't wait to see the gals show the face ;)

We're getting it too, but not that cold! 22° in the morning..high of 33° that's dang cold for this neck of the woods.

Stay warm!

I am thinking about moving my pot ups the grow room to cycle their light.  Heater will keep it 70 and I have a ceiling fan in the room.  I noticed a couple moruga have a whitish leaf on them and it might be from the heat off the lights.  They have been staying at a constant 85 degrees.  Think it would shock em bad if I moved them?

I remember letting them go a while before potting up the first time and never running into leaf discoloration before. Perhaps too close to the light is the reason as I have lowered them.  I definitely don't want them growing nutso until May.  They will be in gallon pots by then lol

What kind of nutrients you using with them Jeff? I know I get pale leaves from too much or too little nitrogen. In the Spring it was the former, in the Fall the latter. Hopefully this year I'll have it just right...

I think temp can mess 'em up too, hence my utter failure to harden anything off last Spring. You'll need someone with more experience to weigh in, hah!

The Star Wars reference was easy. I just wasn't online to see it.

Remember when all else fails when germinating seeds, use the sonic screwdriver. <<<A bit harder reference.

I'll drink to that

That snow will keep the ground warm :)

Nice looking grow, How many you hoping to put in the ground?

Those OW are gonna be monsters, I'm generally a poor hand with potted indoor plants, but for a pepper, I might make an exception next year.

Good Luck with the 2014 Grow!

I have no idea how many I will end up with in the ground.  I wanted to keep the numbers down this year, and I am with the number of varieties, but I think the number of each kind is going up lol

I do hope the OW are monsters this year.  Looking for a huge jump on the season.

I'll say! How long can you stay out there?

Pretty much all day with the right gear.

Tonight's dinner, eggs with sausage and datil peppers from the freezer.  Felt nice to eat some peppers!!!

Looks like the chocolate habanero went dormant as can be.  Fired up the heater in the grow room and moved it along with the yellow not butch t into the room.  Working at stabilizing the temp between 70-75 degrees.  I think I will work on moving the rest in there and see how things will work out with them and the new starts.
