The peppers are getting bigger.  First round is generally always smaller pods.

If I understand this right, if I have a plant I really like, I can take a limb from that plant, get it to root, and it will produce the same pods as the plant it came from?

Oh yes, the clone will grow true to the "mother"

Thanks Annie.  Oddest looking bonnet I have ever seen and I got these seeds from the source, so perhaps they just happen to throw some oddballs out there from time to time.
 
 
I figured out what I am going to do with my sauce making endeavors in the future.  Make a small one quart batch at a time and see how I like it.  I take pretty good notes when I make sauce, so I should be able to repeat it on a larger scale if it turns out to my satisfaction.
 
Just need to spy on some sauce recipes to get me heading in the right direction with my sauce.

Finally picked me some Nardello....had to take the pic out here as they didn't make it into the house.  Not all the way ripe, but I needed a taste.

Fry them up in some olive oil with some chicken cut into fajita sized pieces and throw some onions in there. Spice up as needed. Tortilla time!

Honey do, lime, spinach, and cucumber smoothie.  Best tasting one yet.  A little less on the cuke and a little more on the lime and this one is a winner.
 
 

 
 
 
Just grilled up some chicken, but don't have the tortillas.  Should have plenty this summer.  One of my "Jimmy" plants is throwing bullhorn type peppers.  Either I have a cross or I planted a wrong seed somehow.  Will find out once it has some ripe pods.

Just made up some refrigerator pickles with onions and goliath jalapeno peppers in it.  Should be ready in a week.

Harvests are getting bigger.  First Yellow Fatalii going in breakfast.

Top row are jigsaw that looks evil, yellow fatalii and an odd shaped peach bhut.
 
Bottom row are red fatalii and TS Peach.

A coworker who claims my peppers aren't hot is currently eating half a jigsaw in his omelet with tears in his eyes. I'm so happy with my jigsaw peppers. I believe this one is a keeper.

I just heard him blow his nose...I'm a happy man.

Oh I plan on bringing peppers in every weekend until I don't have any more fresh one.  Wait until I get some ripe reapers!!!

The apple and lemon pickles.  Skin is bitter, inside choked full of seeds, and not good producers.  Was thinking they'd look nice in salads, but a waste of effort.
