Awesome pull.  What's the flavor like on the mustard habs?

It is a numbing effect is what I get out of them.  Been almost a year since I ate one.  Making a hot sauce out of them today.

My ferments MoA and Burgundy added to the Chocolate Cayenne started yesterday

Congrates on being able to hold back and make the small batches.  i always seem to make larger ones and need to learn to scale back when first experimenting with a new recipe.

Way to go!

You got me energized as I have several new to me kinds this year that I want to be able to make a good (to me) sauce

Sauce and pods looking good Jeff. That Jigsaw should be interesting. It's one of my favorite supers. Next year growing a patch just for sauce. Love the flavor of that pepper. Some good stuff going on here.

Thanks for sharing

Actually I think the mustard habanero sauce is hotter, although the jigsaw sauce is a sneaky hot.

51 cents a clip to buy them.  Looking at using other material to see how it will work out.  Next I will need to figure out how long to make them as the clips I saw for sale were 6 inches long, which seems a bit big to me.

I have to say I like the jigsaw sauce the best of the two. Only used one jigsaw in that bottle. Next batch will be a 12 bottle batch and I'll use 18 pods for that one for some more heat. Thinking about smoking them too.

If my ferments go well the jigsaw will be my next ferment.

Colorful ferments !
I made my own clips with a band saw and a pvc chop saw. The shorter clips are easier to work with. Fiber embedded vizqueen works great with wind protection....and its clear which helps let the sun through.

How long did you cut them?  I am thinking 4 inches max length.  Need to find a "safer" way to cut the one section out.

That's quite a ripoff, they are a lot cheaper over here. Bought bags of them before I placed the new tunnel.

BMJ had a little heat as I think the eggs dissipates some of the heat.  The not was a lot hotter with that typical chinense taste.  Not sure of the cross, but I am thinking with a JA Red.
