Thanks for the recipe and the links.

Ferment has a white film on top. From what I've read this is normal and okay. Do I skim it off at the end, or as it happens? I think at the end.

The Bombay Morich (yellow pod) is a large Yellow Congo......the Bombay looks like a red flatter shaped Naga.

After looking it over, it has sticker 10 on it which is the congo according to the invoice. Why I said Bombay is beyond me lol. Thanks again.

Looks like the main part of this cold spell is past us. Still going to be on the cool side, but it seems the fear of frost has past for the moment.

It passed through it none the worse for wear. Some leaves showed signs of not liking the colder weather, but none shown any signs of being nipped. Picking the whole lot tomorrow after squirrel hunting.

Cooking the peppers down and running it through a food mill tonight. Tomorrow I will add different things, see where I am at taste wise and ph wise and go from there.

Haven't made MoA sauce before.
