Hot Sauce Box Packaging / No Tape or Bubble Wrap

And now I'm in on the party too - won't be shipping with them but as a gift option these will be great at my farmer's markets.

Thanks for the great sale- I can't resist free shipping & $1/box. Awesome deal!  A+

Right on Kalitarios & Lucky Dog... You won't be disappointed using the Hot Sauce Box. They've made a world of difference for us as gift boxes and shipping boxes. We have a big event in August and we sell them as gift packs there. People love choosing what flavors go in the box for themselves or as a gift.

If you email us your logo and an image of your sauces we'll add it to this page on our site with a link back to your site.

This thing is outstanding.  It seals pretty darn tight.  Probably don't even need to tape the box before putting it right into a USPS or UPS padded envelope.  Talk about reduction in materials... great job with this one.  I'll be buying more for sure once I deplete my initial batch of 300.

That's awesome... thanks for sharing the pics. You're right, they don't need any tape to keep them shut. I'll make sure to add some of these pics to your section on the site here: http://hotsaucebox.com/hot-sauce-box-gift-set-hot-sauce-makers-retailers/

BTW don't forget to email your logo to safe [@] HotSauceBox.com

Update: All day long as I was going around showing people the 3-pack (restaurants, random people, friends, even the guy at the bank) everyone loves that 3-pack box.  It looks very clean and professional.

The whole time I did the walk-through I was humming the damn "how it's made" song in my head lol

Also, the way the business card fits perfectly in is a wonderful touch.

We just got our boxes (mostly) today too...Dave took one look ( I've been away with work (again)) and was hooked! For the price, well what could you do?

Love it!... Looks like you seriously have the hang of it. How it's Made is a favorite around here :)

Yes retail stores love the 3 pack. This year Tommy Bahamas purchased them for their stores nationwide. When we ship them for orders online, if a customer only orders 2 bottles and a t-shirt the shirt fits in the center slot.

:) Awesome... That 3rd box will be on the way asap.

I don't use all the different shipping options offered by all the different vendors, I don't know all the INs and OUTs of shipping rates and boxes.

Can someone answer-Why put the awesome 3-bottle box into a shipping envelope?  Better shipping rate?   Why not just slap the shipping label on the box and send it out?
Thanks~

Yes a much better shipping rate. The flat rate envelope is $5.70 to ship 3 bottles. If you try to send the box on it's own it would cost you a lot more since it's over the 1lb First Class rate.

Thanks...and I have pics for you, may take a couple of days as I've been drafted back to work on crazy hours...ugh! :-)

No worries on the pics... we can add them whenever you're ready. Sorry about the crazy work schedule. I totally understand. I worked double time while starting our sauce business too. Only on hot sauce full time now for about a year.

Mind = blown.  I never even thought about that.  But how would one fit a 2x shirt into that 2nd slot... vacuum packed?  I just can't see it fitting.

Yes exactly what Scott said. We put them in a very thin plastic back for protection and then roll them really tight and they fit perfect. It's rare that we get orders for 2x so when that happens it goes on the outside of the box and still fits in the flat rate envelope with a full 3 pack.

Great for people who sell sauce, or like origami!

I have a strange fascination for boxes and stuff. There are some really cool pizza boxes I've seen that break down into smaller boxes to save the extra slices, I love efficient stuff like that, so nice design!
