OK so we are down to 9 minutes.....and Jay is getting ready....too early for the drum roll....but it's all good....soon enough, he will meet the devil himself. I ran out of beer Jay, so now I am trying the strawberry daquiri winecoolers that my wife has in the cooler....yuk.

Remember, naga's hit late..almost precisely at the 1min mark..then da Pain is on..and builds for 'nother 5mins...lasts for 10-20. ;)

Best advice..be Zen about it..relax, remmeber to breathe. The more you stress/freak the worse it'll seem. Expect it'll hurt, and go with it. :)
