Then you ask to be shown the vortex and she slips you some acidPam said:The proper response is "I'm sorry, you're right. Thank you for striving to enlighten me."

Thanks for the headsup. This is one of the fun parts of going cross country in winter...........snow.DevilDuck said:Oh.... It's snowing here and in AZ. You really might want to check the weather before you head out. I-40 going up Sandia Crest is no picnic when it's snowing.
Rule of thumb: If I have a 1/2" of snow in my backyard, it's probably 12"-15" up there, but they keep the roads fairly clear.
BINGO! That's what I'm doing. Slow and easy. I have no date that I NEED to be back in Cleveland at so I have all the time I need. The two biggest hall dates are the first two. I plan to be in Flagstaff by around 6ish on the day I leave (leaving at about 5am) and at your house before 5PM on the 23rd...then, it's easy driving.DevilDuck said:Just be REEEEEAAAAALLLLLLYYYY careful in TX, OK and farther up the midwest. They've been getting HAMMERED with ice storms.
Slow and easy is the best way to go when things get rough. And if it gets too bad, find a nice truck stop and have a cup of coffee.
