Your germ rates look great IXII!
Hope your plants pull out of the freeze
damage - good luck going forward!

The lower leaves look great on the established its just the top leaves that are burned and broken from the heavy hail and some flurry that never stuck. Its funny, looking behind me the mountain was completely white two days ago and all but a few spots now have melted. that was quick.

Thanks!

Had a scare with these guys scotch bonnet jamaciane reds. Replanted and 15 minutes in wind and sun and they fell limp. I guess they scored some viagra

Holy shirts. I really didnt look but these guys were flat as a doorknob when i left for a couple of ipa's. They actually doubled in height. I gots to drink more

Just delivered three varieties of the 11 varieties provieded by the fine folks at https://www.facebook.com/ChurchillsPubandGrille

Come visit them in a couple of months for tasty. Food with some great peppers infused.

Finally had time to transplant and start hardening half of the seedlings from jiffy to soil. Wish me luck!

Pic minus the 25 or so that were delivered to churchills in san marcos

Moved to more sun for next stage of hardening. pretty much noon sun until it sets. hope the raccoon's leave them alone tonight. maybe i should put it up on a table!

Im pretty sure they will be fine tomorrow, but crossing my fingers as I leave well before the sun pops its head up and get back right as its going down....

Looks like you have nice growing weather. Must feel
good to be getting the plants out in the sun! The transplants
are lookin' good!

ya its a little tough to see in the pic but most of them have turned a pretty dark green, most of them have double in size since putting them out. The only two that are looking better but still sickly are butch t far right pot, and naga vipers. yellow couple mixed in there.

The first day I started the hardening we had pretty strong winds and they within a few minutes most of them wilted all the way over, popped right back up when brought inside but since then they seem to be doing well. I just wish i could be here to check on them during the day and move any that need to shade. we will see.

Anywho, thanks!

Man work gets in the way of growing!

Kinda miss the ground!

Is that Petco Park? Great shot. Looks a little scary up there.

Awesome pics by the way. My plants are at a very similar stage. How many hours per day are your plants in the sun for? It looks like they are mainly in the shade. I keep mine in the shade for most of the day until they get about two hours of sun in the afternoon. Good luck moving them into full sun!

Plussing up the sun on mine tomorrow to! I know how you feel with the work thing. I commute from Poway to Seal Beach everyday...ughhhh. I leave the house at 4:30 and get home at dark every day. Once you get those puppies in the ground or large containers they almost take care of themselves.

Ya thats top of 5th level looking down at field level. The reason it looks shadded is i leave before mr sun popps up and get back as its going down. Its currently in full sun from about 11am until about 5pm.

This week i have been going to santa anna so ya i know the feeling of seal beach minus the worst of 405 lol

Well the established ghost have a bit of new growth and the flowers are opening up finally so yay

Thats the damage from the cold storm we had a couple of weeks ago

Had somewhat similar damage and they are barely bouncing back, but your seedlings look great good luck through the season and hopefully we continue to get great weather like today.

I feel lucky that they bounced back quickly and the flower pods stayed attached...just set back peppers for a couple of weeks.
Problem is im not patient when it comes to my addiction! Also really want to brew my ipa but need the peppers for that lol

Seedling time and any advise would be appreciated. Overview

Most have been sprouting a bit more leaves

Now the redheaded stepchild. Naga vipers just dropped all their leaves again at the same time as growing new ones but it is always pale yellow.
