Post pix if you got 'em!

I was to drunk off of tequila at my old mans house to try to figure out how to work a camera!!:) Well, I could have figured it out, but the tequila part was true..:) I'd like to see some pics too.

no pics either -- and I really meant to -- I should have done my Defcon1 buffalo Chicken pizza on the grill to but it was late on Fri. so in the oven. I had marinated two 8lb pork butts in a mix of oil, rosemary, garlic, white wine and other spices over night and smoked with hickory for 7hrs on Sun also a beer can chicken with a nice rub, butter and lemon juice on Mon. cant forget the coleslaw and tater salad on both days either .... I will do more and take pics -- I never close the season on BBQ

I did up some spares, some chuck, wings, n some burgers.

i didn't get any pics either unfortunately..made some teriyaki pork chops (not spicy since i was making them for people that don't like it hot and had them all marinating together), with some spinach salad and another vegetable that i don't seem to remember hah.

Thanks.
I'm renowned for my "food porn".

"Food porn" - I love it!

Here's some of my own:

Here is the before picture. I seasoned the brisket the night before so it would be ready to go in the monring. I rubbed it down with mustard and put on a heavy coat of my own rub. I used pecan chunks for smoke. I prefer the small logs but didn't have time to pick any up. The chunks work okay as long as you keep a steady supply in the firebox.
