Mixed up some yuzu marmalade and JHP Lemon Drop ...

Looks good. Thumbs up on the rice, my wife does something very similar and it is good.

 
I love me some cilantro lime rice.  I usually use it in a taco though.  Looking good.

Here's a funny one ... I bought a cast-iron tortilla press thinking you put it on a burner and make tortillas on it, on the range ...
 
So now I have to figure out (Google) how you *DO* make tortillas, because I really want to crisp up some of the point to make tacos!

When you say make, do you mean cook, or the ingredients?  It is really simple.  Masa and water.  Press with your new toy (DRINK) and grill/cook.
