Make your best taco.

And it doesn't have to be mexican.

I put ever dang 'thang on a flour or corn tortilla.

Thats a taco.

Make a bigger taco.

Thats a burrito.

Its all good.

Ever had a brisket and egg breakfast taco?

How about a sun dried tomato, goat cheese, roasted garlic, pequin, and refried bean taco?

The rules are this.

Keep it flour or corn.

Home made or store bought.

If you post a pita taco I will like you but then unlike you.

And then probably still like you again if it looks really good.

Get crazy.

Lime cilantro chicken thighs with pequin powder.

I love pequins.

Flat topped.

Like a naval aircraft carrier.

Outstanding!

The pickled red onions set it off.

And muchas gracias for the kudos on the shrimp tacos.

Honestly I liked to be liking Ash's over mine.

Dude can cook.

Stinkin' Canuck.
Without this topic thread and a lot of your

posts in it , it would never have occurred to

me that stir fried shrimp could and or would

go amazingly in a taco.

I'm slightly addicted to gochujang these

days. That orangish sauce was a mix of ,

mayo, gochujang, crystal hot sauce and I was

dipping the grilled asparagus in it.

I just wish I had some limes when I made it

and some toasted sesame seeds.

Its called Seoul Sauce around here. One of the local Korean/Mexican fusion food places here puts it on their tacos. Slightly similar to Korean bibimbap sauce but with mayo/lime added. Its very addictive too.

i had to have some shrimp tacos! my wife pulled a recipe from the net and the white sauce is sour cream with a little bit of mayo and lime juice and it`s supposed to have cilantro but we didn`t have any so left it out. avocado, cherry maters lettuce and mine had the pickled red onion and some hot sauce. shrimp were done with a little butter and garlic and then hit with taco seasoning. extra squeezing`s of lime on mine.

How else are enchiladas cooked? Looks awesome!

I'm playing your card and not telling what's in the food.

Taco meat and cheese rolled up in the tortilla. Baked. Topped with lettuce, tomato, sauce, sour cream....

No Sauce....Not Engine-lala.
