Tacos are your friend.

Sweet love that's nice! Are you in the camp achiote adds flavor not just color, because I love the flavor.

Nexr time use English and see if it works... it's just annatto for color ;)

For many years I forsake eating chicken.

And most all meat.

Not that it didn't taste goodern' hell.

I just wanted to eat more healthy.

And I did.

But I didn't always feel more healthy.

I love salmon.

Its a bitch for arthritis.

So I'm now eating chicken.

Because.

1975.

My dear sweet mothers roosters spurred the hell out of me.

Stupid flamboyant dinosaur birds with an attitude that can't fly.

Boneless skinless thighs with chile lime powder.

Flat topped.

Fresh pineapple.

Flip it.

Flour tortillah's.

Pepper jack cheese.

Refried bean schmeer.

IMG_0686.JPG

And then guacamole happened.

It was a miracle.

Like date night.

IMG_0688.JPG

Sex and a thumb ring.

IMG_0689.JPG

Because now.

You'll be thinking about sex.

Guac.

Tacos.

And thumb rings.

Trust.

We had some leftover bbq brisket and sausage from Coopers BBQ in Llano. So brisket and jalapeño sausage tacos were for supper last night. Pickled red onions, fresh jalapeños, guacamole and cojita cheese topped them off.

Al pastor is my favorite taco.

If I poo poo'd guac on that taco....

It might have been I was all uppity about straight legit al pastor.

And I must have been out of my head.

Because this...

Any thang on a tortilla is a legit taco.

Okay my bad you didn't poo poo it that bad! "I like to be liking that al pastor but I never put guac on it, just onion, cilantro, the pork, lime squeezin's and sometimes just a little pico. Those still look pretty damn good!"

My question is would the below taco be okay for you today??? ;) Ha!

D3 may make a taco seasoning as well, but i recognize that DeeRoo label

that Taco Tuesday is the bomb  :!:   I used up the last of mine on some chicken which became a chicken taco-salad

Thanks for clearing that up. I bought so many sauces at that time I forgot some of the makers.

The taco seasoning is the bomb. We had company and it was all devoured over beers and laughs and didnt get played pics.

I recommend the seasoning as top shelf for sure!!!

Today?

Are you kidding?

Imagine a mother with a son.

And that son is on death row.

He's to be executed tomorrow.

His last meal is those tacos.

And then his mother visits at supper time.

Those tacos.

Her son died hungry.
