Was driving through one of the lower income areas today and saw this sign for someone selling tacos out of their home.. Some of the best food comes from sketchy places but even I have my limits fellas..

I made some beef birria today for some sloppy tacos. I used a 2lb chuck roast and an assortment of mexican dried chilis, in addition to some garlic and spices. Finished and plated pics to come.....
