I had to love the one I was with and use the big shrimp when it turned out there wasn't a bag of 30 count in the freezer like I thought.

The got a quick soak in a simple brine after defrost and peeling.

A fast pickled onion

splooge was gochujang, mayo, lime juice and a splash of Filipino fish sauce.

Store bought slaw mix



I dried and then cut the shrimp into a more uniform size.

Only thing on the before hitting the comal was a light sprinkle of sea salt.

Cooked about 70 % through, dropped into a bowl with gochujang thinned with lime juice. Tossed to coat, then back on the comal to finish. Have your wife coughing and complaining about the smoke and smoke Alarms blaring.
