shesh! a couple of days of being afk and it takes an hour to get up to speed.

This whole working-for-a-living-thang really takes a toll on the posting time. Always have time for the chile plants and sharing the heat though....been working that during the day~~

Yes - "geeme" is like "G" and "me" put together.... at least, that's the way I pronounce it! I wonder if anyone else got creative with it.

Isn't Asian too broad? Russian, Afganie, Japanese, Indian, Middle Eastern, etc. I don't know if a continent works. Or I guess it could be interesting.

most of the countries are between the 60th and 150th longitudes and between the 15th and 45th latitudes. Seems to reign it in a bit.
As pointed out, Asia is a very large continent, but when we've been talking of Asian food, I think most are thinking of countries in SE Asia, not France, Holland, Russia or Sweden.
