As pointed out, Asia is a very large continent, but when we've been talking of Asian food, I think most are thinking of countries in SE Asia, not France, Holland, Russia or Sweden.

Um well you're talking Eurasia if you are including Europe! Let's stick with the 7 continent model at least; Europe is a continent, Asia is a continent.

Hey Boss, after our discussion the other day in the Berry Habanero Sauce thread maybe a Bagel TD would be fun to do sometime. Kind of like the Hot Dog TD it would be mostly about the toppings but their would be + points for those who made their own bagels or that could even be made a part of the competition.
