Nothing crazy, but here's some leftovers. Toasted the tortillas in a skillet, then slathered them with some sour cream mixed with salsalady's Texas Creek Chipotle hot sauce. Added brisket, then topped with some "Molten Gold" red slaw. Damn, these were good! So good, I inhaled them hovering over the stove
