Mill's 2013

Well I managed to totally ignore my grow this past year. Had some great harvest of some great types but didn't have a lot of time to get pictures up and stuff like that. 2013 will probably be more of the same with a daughter due at the end of Feb but I will try and keep it updated.

Pics to close out '12 and ring in '13...

Sprouting some Reapers I won in a giveaway.

Baby C. Lanceolatum(lets try this one more time...).

How tiny it actually is, 2oz solo cup, Reaper behind.

Those two are in a cabinet I built a few years back with 4-23watt cfls and reflective insulation lining the sides. It also houses an overwintering C. Rhomboideum which has seen better days.

Here are the lights.

That is one of two cabinets I have going, the other has in it a Wild Texas Tepin and one 65watt cfl in a reflector. This one is going to become a bonchi for my wife's desk at work.

Other than that its finally slowing down around here before classes start back up in early Jan so I have time to prep the rest of the overwinters.

The Lowes by me had black hen. Bought a bag. Went back and was going to get another bag and they were sold out. Double damn. Get stuff!

It really is.  Since I have been delving into organic in a few beds what I have read shows that my mix was awesome.  Mix it up and leave it in the garage for a few days and mold starts pouring out of it.  According to those canna guys thats what you want.

Great genetics on that fatalii ... Not a very big plant to be supporting the amount and size pods it currently does. Nice.

Hahaha, "The Other grow of the year" best job of all! Screw peppers, try growing a kid, that's a challenge! What a cutie.

As for the peppers, that Fatalii is packed for such a small plant, I love it. The Moruga is looking wicked, that is one cool pod.

Gal to see things going well for you!
Good to see***

Aww thats awesome Noah she is looking great!!
Also those fataliis look awesome I don't have any those growing but I keep hearing about how great they taste from everyone

Man Noah I'm jealous of your fatalii. That tiny plant has more pods than my two giant ones have made all season! That pic of your daughter is adorable too!

I keep hearing some ripen orange and some pure yellow?

I'm not an expert but all the fataliis I've seen are a bit orangeish compared to something bright lemon-yellow like an aji lemon drop.

Not the best pic but here's an example. Fatalii on the left, aji lemon drop on the right.

looking good.. im going to try and over winter some of my plants this year.. Hopefully mine grow as good as yours!

It is really quite easy for me.  Even though they are so behind last year they are still miles ahead of this years new starts.  It is worth it.

Wooo-Hooo! Nice Noah! Great time of year when ripe pods start pouring in across the country!

It really is Shane.  Plants are all dark green and pods get lost till they ripen.  AWESOME!!

That daughter of yours is a show stopper!

And the plants look great too!

Thanks Devv.  She is amazingly awesome and cute as her mom.  She gets her sweet hair from me though.

Holy smokes Millie! Your plants are really going off!

It's about time too Dan.  Took forever this year it seems.  Granted I had other things on my mind this year...

Love those Choco Bhuts, the ones off of that plant were perfect last year! You finish clearing everything out back?

Almost my second favorite pepper.  Choc hab is still holding strong but if this plant can produce anything like last year I might have a new second.  Not even close to finished clearing.  Those damn wild blackberries are horrible.
