Mill's 2013

Well I managed to totally ignore my grow this past year. Had some great harvest of some great types but didn't have a lot of time to get pictures up and stuff like that. 2013 will probably be more of the same with a daughter due at the end of Feb but I will try and keep it updated.

Pics to close out '12 and ring in '13...

Sprouting some Reapers I won in a giveaway.

Baby C. Lanceolatum(lets try this one more time...).

How tiny it actually is, 2oz solo cup, Reaper behind.

Those two are in a cabinet I built a few years back with 4-23watt cfls and reflective insulation lining the sides. It also houses an overwintering C. Rhomboideum which has seen better days.

Here are the lights.

That is one of two cabinets I have going, the other has in it a Wild Texas Tepin and one 65watt cfl in a reflector. This one is going to become a bonchi for my wife's desk at work.

Other than that its finally slowing down around here before classes start back up in early Jan so I have time to prep the rest of the overwinters.

Shouldnt be any. Mainly up in the mountains and its too populated around here to not hear about sightings. Its either coons, cats, coyotes, skunks or dogs. Something like that. Im thinking cats since there are a lot around here feral but not sure they dig such holes

Lol, I had to laugh at/with you Mill, "my new starts are all shitty looking" hahaha, my sentiments exactly (about my own)

Those OW's are beautiful dude! Nice, big and healthy. 2nd year or more?

Reaper looks awesome too.

Mycelium! Woot woot! I just bought the book -Mycelium Running- by Paul Stamets. Very excited to read it front to back.

The OWs look real substantial...I imagine they will leaf out into real thick canopies, and those strong branches should support plenty of pods...

Your soil looks super-fertile and excellent...Have you figured out what's rooting around back there?

That reaper in the small white pot, what and how do you feed that thing??? Wow!

It was in a small DWC setup that I was going to put into dirt but it seems to be doing really well.  Its just growing in nutrient water, no air bubbles or anything.
