Sorry some of the pics aren't that great. I took them with my Blackberry. Much quicker than pulling out the DSLR.

These didn't come out too bad for my first batch ever. I'll be doing a lot of experimenting with different peppers and fillings. The pics in this thread are awesome to say the least.

those look so amazing.
i'm definitely gonna try this sometime.

OMG! Awesome poppers!!!

What peppers and filling? Anaheim, ground beef, cheese?

Today I celebrated the victory in the eigth final vs. England with two trays with 30 poppers. Here's the porn:

Yummy! What a victory!

OH! You gotta bring the Cup into it!..............SMACK TAWLK!

Mild Spitzpaprika, ground beef, sheep cheese, onions, garlic, tabasco powder, a pinch of cumin and ground Emmentaler on top.

A piece of art has always to be seen in it's context.

Nice one 'dillo I see you stuffed the peppers just the way germany stuffed england!!!!!!!!
Did or didn't I mention the revenge for the Wembley goal after 44 years?

Thanks for reviving this thread 'Dillo. Awesome as usual. I'm hoping for some good popper porn out of the upcoming throwdown.

Dinner a few nights ago. I used my red ripe jalapenos and a mix of "Mexican" cheese, all wrapped in bacony goodness of course! I chopped up the pepper membranes and mixed that and the seeds into some burgers along with a bit of onion and tossed them onto the grill. Mmm...tasty!

Damn, I can't wait for my peppers to get ready for pickin'. I'm def gonna make me some poppers!! Some jals, habs, hot cherry bombs, and MAYBE some jolokias.

btw, has anyone heard of a fish pepper? I'm growing a plant, looks beautiful, and the peppers are finally starting to grow on it. What can you guys tell me about the heat of 'em and such?

I am back for another try at being the one of many. Since the spam poppers did not go over so well with some, even though they were delicious. This time the lineup of ingredients are:

Pork Sausage, browned
Onion, chopped, sautéed in olive oil
Mexican blend shredded cheese
Orange Habaneros, chopped
Garlic, minced
Mrs Dash
Bacon!!!

The Stuffed:
Green Jalapeños and Red Ripe Fresno's

And the Happy Photos:

The main players ready for action!

Fresno's and Jalapeños are getting ready, but thirsty work! Had to crack a cold Blue Moon!

To be continued...........

Now for a finish!

They are stuffed, ready to be wrapped in bacon:

And now for the Money Shot! Is this photo spicy enough?

These were great, nice bit of heat due to the chopped habanero, but only enough to clear the sinuses.

I hope this is a win!
